Welcoming you into this new chapter…
Hello! I'm slowly diving back into your eyesight /ear-space as you dive back into mine. I'm really happy about that, I missed you. so first HOW ARE YOU DOING? I hope you came out of summer with many stories and memories that will keep you warm this winter.
I have been writing so much music- taking many walks by the sea and made sure those new songs matched the mood of sunsets and faded in harmony into the blue hour. But now that I took the space I needed I'm back with some news.
I HAVE SOME NEW MUSIC ABOUT TO REACH YOUR EARS.
The first one of many more to come. I poured many hours sitting in the studio, all the feels and decent thoughts, my finest dance moves and all my other skills into these 3minutes - ish songs. This next single is called IMMORTAL. It comes out into the world on November, 25th but you can already PRE-SAVE it into your favourite music library now.
I can't quite feel yet the excitement to share this new song as this new chapter has been soooooo long in the work but I'm so proud of it because everything has been made by me or with friends, friends that are now family and people I love dearly. I won't tell you about the whole process now - but for sure I'll talk about it later when the time comes.
These last few days I have been editing a lot of videos that you'll discover as the chapter unfolds, binged watched Guillermo Del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities, drank a lot of herbal tea, wrote some new songs with new awesome people from different part of the world. I went to Aix-en- Provence and ate vegan cakes ( I miss the city now - not only for the vegan cakes but the energy, people you can randomly meet that surprise you, the art, all that), started to read The Gift by Lewis Hyde, a book of short stories by Virginia Woolf and finally got to see the finale of Handmaid's Tales.
I feel easier to love when September comes; with the first chills of autumn and the forest turning warm tones around me. I just want to curl up inside an almond chai latte, a burning bath or some strangers arms.
I spent all summer roaming free and trying to become as big as I could. Bigger than the sea-wide view I had in front of me. I've got some space left. I guess I could let you in.

I hope you'll like (even just a bit) this new song, we'll talk more about what it's about and everything else in follow up letters - I can't tell you everything right now ... you'll have to make your own mind about it first. If you're hungry anyways here are some useless facts about the song:
- its colour is light goldenrod and navy blue
- if it was a tarot card it would be The Magicien
- i put the annoying sound of my wardrobe in the production
- it's the first song of this chapter that I ever played live
- my favourite part is the middle 8 because it's so dramatic
I leave you for now with a quote from Thomas Sharpe (Crimson Peak) which sums up the whole EP thing better than I could ever say it:
